Return And Refund

You may file a return claim if you receive the wrong or defective item within 7 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns if the error is on our part. We take full responsibility for our mistakes, such as shipping the incorrect product or damaged goods.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, including tags where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

↪️ Return Shipping

If your item is eligible for a return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and providing us with the tracking number, or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost during transit.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds and replacements are only applicable for defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items ordered in error by the customer (e.g., wrong phone model, size, or design).
  • Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse.

❌ Order Cancellation

Since we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, if you wish to cancel, please contact us within 3–6 hours of purchase. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
