Please ensure your order matches the exact model of your phone. We offer cases compatible with standard international versions of smartphones; they may not fit specific carrier-branded versions.
For example, an iPhone 16 Pro case will not fit an iPhone 16 Plus. We strongly advise checking your phone model and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Orders placed in error by the customer are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide gift packaging or personalized notes at this time.

Shipping times vary based on your order date and selected method. In certain regions, you can choose between Standard (7–14 days) or Express (3–6 days) shipping.
We process weekday orders on the same day, while weekend orders are handled the next business day. Most orders require 1–2 business days for handling and packaging. We aim for the fastest turnaround possible; as soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with all your tracking details.

This may occur due to several reasons: an incorrect delivery address, a missed call from the courier, or the courier being unable to access the location. Undelivered packages are typically held by the courier for a limited time; if left unclaimed, they will eventually be returned to us. Please contact the courier immediately to arrange a redelivery.
